🌮 Rolled Taquitos (Baked or Fried)

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (or beef, or black beans for vegetarian)

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend)

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp chili powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 10–12 small corn tortillas

  • Oil for brushing or frying

Instructions:
