- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup mini pepperoni slices (or other toppings, optional)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. - Prepare the Dough
Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to form a large rectangle. - Add Sauce and Cheese
Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and mini pepperoni slices evenly over the sauce. - Roll and Slice
Carefully roll up the dough lengthwise into a tight log. Use a sharp knife to slice the roll into 1-inch pieces. - Place on Baking Sheet
Arrange the pizza rolls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart. - Prepare Garlic Butter
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Brush the garlic butter generously over each roll. - Bake
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly. - Add Parmesan and Garnish
Remove from the oven and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the warm rolls. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. - Serve
Serve immediately with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
