Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
