Ingredients:
- 24 Oreo cookies
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 16 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip), divided
- 1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Extra crushed Oreos for garnish
Instructions:
- Crust: Crush 20 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of an 8×8 inch pan to create the crust. Set aside in the fridge to chill.
