Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs ground beef (or thinly sliced steak)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
- 4 slices provolone cheese

Instructions
- Preheat & Prep
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a casserole dish and set aside.
- Cook the Beef
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef (or steak strips) and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Sauté the Vegetables
- In the same pan, add onion, bell peppers, and garlic. Sauté until softened (about 5 minutes).
- Combine Ingredients
- Return the beef to the skillet. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir to combine.
- Mix in softened cream cheese until well blended.
- Assemble & Bake
- Transfer mixture to the casserole dish. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
- Layer provolone slices on top.
- Bake & Serve
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
