Ingredients (Serves 2):

1/2 cup marinara sauce (low-carb, no sugar added)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 cup sliced pepperoni or cooked Italian sausage

1/4 cup diced bell peppers

1/4 cup sliced black olives

1/4 cup chopped mushrooms

1 tbsp olive oil

Optional toppings: red chili flakes, fresh basil, crushed garlic
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
