Ingredients (Serves 2):

  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce (low-carb, no sugar added)

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni or cooked Italian sausage

  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers

  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives

  • 1/4 cup chopped mushrooms

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Optional toppings: red chili flakes, fresh basil, crushed garlic

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Sauté veggies: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add mushrooms and bell peppers; sauté for 2–3 minutes until softened.
