1 lb hot Italian sausage (casings removed if in links)

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 yellow onion, thinly sliced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)

½ cup crushed tomatoes or marinara

Instructions:

Cook the sausage
