Ingredients:
For the Meat Filling:
- 1 lb ground lamb (or beef for Cottage Pie)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup beef or chicken broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup frozen peas

- 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 tbsp butter

Instructions:
- Prepare the Meat Filling:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions, carrots, celery, and garlic. Cook until softened.
- Add ground lamb and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Stir in tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and rosemary. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour in broth and simmer for 10-15 minutes until thickened. Stir in peas and season with salt and pepper.
