- Preheat Oven & Prepare Pan
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a donut pan with cooking spray or butter. - Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. - Combine Wet Ingredients
In another bowl, whisk the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined. - Mix the Batter
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Gently fold in the blueberries, being careful not to overmix. - Fill the Donut Pan
Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each mold about ¾ full. - Bake
