Ingredients:

⅔ cup granulated sugar (divided)

1½ cups heavy cream

Instructions:

Prep the Strawberries
In a bowl, mix strawberries with ⅓ cup sugar and lemon juice. Let sit for 15–20 minutes until juicy.
