A soft, moist almond-vanilla cake with a tender crumb — naturally gluten-free and classically simple.
🧾 Ingredients:

1 cup almond flour (finely ground)

¾ cup gluten-free all-purpose flour (with xanthan gum)

¾ cup granulated sugar

½ cup plain yogurt or sour cream

½ cup olive oil (or neutral oil)
