🧀 Ingredients:

  • 200g (2 cups) gluten-free elbow macaroni or pasta of choice

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 2 cups milk (preferably whole or 2%)

  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • ½ cup mozzarella (optional for stretch)

  • ¼ cup grated parmesan (optional for flavor depth)

  • ½ tsp salt (to taste)

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • ¼ tsp mustard powder (optional, adds classic mac & cheese tang)

  1. Cook Pasta
    Cook gluten-free pasta in salted water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
