🌟 Lentil Cheese Bread (Gluten-Free, Sugar-Free)
Ingredients:

1 cup red lentils (or yellow lentils), rinsed well

1½ cups water (for soaking)

½ cup plain yogurt (or thick Greek-style yogurt, dairy or non-dairy)

2 eggs

½ tsp baking soda

½ tsp salt
-
1 tsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)

½ tsp garlic powder (optional)

½ tsp dried herbs (oregano or thyme – optional)

1–2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter (for richness)

Soak Lentils
Rinse and soak lentils in water for at least 4 hours or overnight. Drain before using. -
Blend Batter
In a blender or food processor, add:-
