Ingredients:

- ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling
- 5-6 garlic cloves, minced
- Fresh rosemary or thyme (optional)
- Flaky sea salt for topping

- Activate the Yeast:
In a small bowl, combine the warm water, sugar, and yeast. Stir gently and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy. - Mix the Dough:
In a large bowl, whisk the flour and salt together. Make a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture and olive oil. Mix until a rough dough forms. - Knead:
Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes until it’s smooth and elastic. Alternatively, use a stand mixer with a dough hook for 5 minutes. - First Rise:
Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm spot for 1 to 1 ½ hours, or until doubled in size. - Prepare the Pan:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet or a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper and drizzle with olive oil. - Shape the Dough:
