- 1 lb (450g) baby potatoes, quartered
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp fresh thyme (or 1/2 tsp dried thyme)
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary (or 1/2 tsp dried rosemary)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
- Cook the potatoes:

- Cook the steak:
- In the same skillet, add the steak pieces. Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.

- Make the garlic butter sauce:
- Reduce the heat to low and add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter to the skillet.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, making sure not to burn the garlic.
- Combine steak and potatoes:
- Return the cooked potatoes and steak to the skillet, tossing them in the garlic butter sauce to coat evenly.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes, letting the flavors meld together.
- Garnish and serve:
- Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
