🥞 Basic Crepe Recipe
Ingredients:

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1 1/2 cups milk

2 tbsp melted butter (plus more for the pan)

1/4 tsp salt

1 tsp sugar (optional for sweet crepes)
Instructions:

In a bowl, whisk together flour and eggs.

Slowly add milk, whisking until smooth.

Add melted butter, salt (and sugar if using), and mix until combined.

Let batter rest 10–15 minutes.

Heat a lightly buttered nonstick skillet over medium heat.

Pour in a small ladle of batter and swirl to coat the pan in a thin layer.

Cook 1–2 mins per side until lightly golden. Repeat.
🍓 Sweet Crepe Rolls (Strawberry Cream Cheese)
Filling:

1/2 cup cream cheese

2 tbsp powdered sugar
-
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Fresh sliced strawberries
To assemble:
Spread the sweetened cream cheese over the crepe, top with strawberries, and roll tightly. Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with chocolate sauce!
