👩🍳 Instructions
-
Mix the Patty Mixture:
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, grated onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, paprika, and parsley. Mix well until everything is evenly combined. -
Shape the Patties:
With oiled hands, divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into flat, round patties. Place on a tray lined with parchment paper. -
Coat the Patties:
Dredge each patty lightly in flour, dip in beaten egg, then coat in breadcrumbs. This gives a lovely crispy crust. -
Chill (optional):
For firmer patties, refrigerate for 15–20 minutes before frying. -
Fry Until Golden:
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry patties for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature 75°C / 165°F). -
Drain & Serve:
Remove onto paper towels to absorb excess oil. Serve hot with ketchup, garlic mayo, or mint yogurt sauce.
