Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- 12 small corn tortillas
- Oil for frying
- Guacamole, salsa, and sour cream for serving
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with cumin, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in the shredded cheese.
- Warm the tortillas in a microwave or on a skillet until pliable.
