This Chicken Bubble Biscuit Bake Casserole is the ultimate comfort food—creamy, cheesy, and packed with tender chicken and buttery biscuits that bubble up into golden perfection. It’s a quick, family-friendly dish that comes together in one pan, making dinner both delicious and easy to clean up. Perfect for busy weeknights or cozy weekend meals!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count, cut into quarters)

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

  • Instructions:

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

    2. In a large bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until smooth.

    3. Fold in the cooked chicken and stir to coat evenly.

    4. Cut each biscuit into quarters and gently fold them into the chicken mixture until well combined.

    5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

    6. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.

    7. Let cool slightly, then garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

    8. Serve warm, and enjoy the creamy, bubbly, biscuit-filled goodness!
