- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, olive oil, egg, and marinara sauce until smooth.
