Ingredients:

- 1 lb (450 g) ground chicken, turkey, or beef
- 1 large egg
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)

- 2 large eggs

- 1 tbsp butter or ghee
Instructions:
- Prepare the “Toast”:
