This Carnivore Pizza is the perfect solution! Made entirely from meat, eggs, and cheese—no flour or plant-based ingredients—this pizza is rich, satisfying, and packed with protein.

Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef (or ground chicken, pork, or turkey)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)

For the Toppings:

  • ½ cup sugar-free pizza sauce (optional for keto)
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ lb pepperoni slices
  • ½ cup cooked bacon bits
  • ½ cup cooked sausage crumbles
  • ½ cup diced ham
  • Instructions

    1. Preheat the Oven

      • Set your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet or pizza stone with parchment paper.
    2. Make the Meat Crust

      • In a mixing bowl, combine ground meat, shredded mozzarella, egg, salt, and garlic powder.
      • Mix well and press the mixture onto the lined baking sheet, shaping it into a round pizza crust about ¼ inch thick.
    3. Bake the Crust

      • Place in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the meat is fully cooked and the edges begin to brown.
      • Drain any excess grease from the crust.
    4. Add Toppings

      • (Optional) Spread a thin layer of sugar-free pizza sauce over the crust.
      • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the crust.
      • Add pepperoni, bacon, sausage, and ham, distributing them generously.
    5. Bake Again

      • Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
    6. Serve and Enjoy!
