Ingredients:
- 6 medium russet potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup crumbled bacon (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Arrange half of the potato slices in an even layer at the bottom of the dish. Season with salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder.
