Ingredients:
Crust:
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
Cream Cheese Layer:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Pumpkin Layer:
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- ¼ tsp ground cloves
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup heavy cream
Topping:

Instructions:
- Prepare the crust: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into a greased 9×9-inch baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes and set aside to cool.
