Cheesy Baked Zucchini
Ingredients:

3 medium zucchinis, sliced into ½-inch rounds

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil. -
Prepare Zucchini:
