🍏 Air Fryer Apple Pie Roll-Ups

Ingredients:

  • 8 slices of soft sandwich bread (white or brioche works best)

  • 1 cup apple pie filling (chopped small)

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)

  • ¼ cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon


Instructions:

  1. Prepare the bread:

    • Trim crusts off the bread slices.

    • Use a rolling pin to flatten each slice.

  2. Add the filling:

    • Place about 1 tablespoon of chopped apple pie filling near one end of each slice.

    • Roll up tightly, sealing the edges by pressing gently.

  3. Coat the roll-ups:

    • Brush the outsides with melted butter.

    • In a shallow dish, mix sugar and cinnamon.
