Optional Glaze:

  • ½ cup powdered sugar

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven – Set to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

  2. Cut Biscuits – Open the biscuit can, separate the biscuits, and cut each one into 4 pieces.

  3. Mix Coating – In a bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. In another bowl, have the melted butter ready.

  4. Coat the Pieces – Dip each biscuit piece in melted butter, then roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until fully coated.

  5. Arrange & Bake – Place them evenly on the baking sheet. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.

  6. Optional Glaze – Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Drizzle over the warm bites.

  7. Serve Warm – Best enjoyed fresh from the oven, soft inside and crunchy-sweet outside!

Tips & Variations:

  • Add a pinch of nutmeg for a warm spice kick.

  • Toss baked bites in extra cinnamon-sugar while still warm for extra sweetness.

  • Serve with a side of cream cheese dip, caramel sauce, or chocolate ganache.
