Blueberry Yogurt Parfait 🫐🥄
Layers of creamy yogurt, sweet blueberries, and crunchy granola make this parfait a refreshing and wholesome treat — perfect for breakfast, a snack, or even a light dessert.
Ingredients (2 servings)
-
1 cup fresh blueberries (or thawed frozen)
-
1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
-
2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
-
½ tsp lemon zest (optional, for brightness)
-
½ cup granola
-
Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
-
Prepare the blueberries – If you want them sweeter, toss with 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup and the lemon zest. Let sit for 5 minutes.
-
Layer the parfait – In two clear glasses or jars, add a spoonful of yogurt to the bottom.
-
Add a layer of blueberries, then a sprinkle of granola.
-
Repeat layers until the glasses are full, ending with blueberries on top.
-
Finish & serve – Drizzle with extra honey and garnish with mint leaves. Serve immediately for crunch, or refrigerate for a softer texture.
Tip: For a dessert twist, swap Greek yogurt for vanilla pudding or whipped cream.
