Ingredients:
For the crust (graham or Oreo):

1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers or Oreo cookies (without cream)

6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

2 tbsp sugar (omit if using Oreos)
For the filling:

1 cup semisweet or dark chocolate chips

¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

⅓ cup sugar

2 tbsp cornstarch

¼ tsp salt

2 cups whole milk

4 egg yolks
-
1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp butter
For the topping (optional):

Instructions:
1. Make the crust:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix crushed graham crackers/Oreo crumbs with melted butter (and sugar if using grahams).

Press into a 9-inch pie dish.

Bake for 8–10 minutes. Let cool completely.
2. Prepare the chocolate filling:

In a saucepan, whisk together cocoa powder, sugar, cornstarch, and salt.

Slowly whisk in milk until smooth.

Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly until mixture begins to thicken (about 5–7 minutes).

In a small bowl, lightly beat the egg yolks. Temper them by slowly adding a bit of the hot chocolate mixture, then pour yolks back into the saucepan.

Cook 2–3 more minutes, stirring constantly.

3. Assemble the pie:
