Ingredients:
Crust:

1 cup graham cracker crumbs (use GF if needed)

2 tbsp granulated sugar

4 tbsp melted butter
Filling:

16 oz (450g) cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 large eggs

1 tbsp sour cream (optional for creaminess)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a mini muffin pan with paper liners or lightly grease.
