Ingredients:
-
1 cup (240g) plain Greek yogurt (or any thick yogurt)
-
4 large eggs
-
1/2 cup (120g) sweetened condensed milk
-
Instructions:
-
Preheat oven to 340°F (170°C). Line a 6-inch (15 cm) round cake pan with parchment paper or grease it well.
-
Whisk together yogurt, eggs, and sweetened condensed milk in a large bowl until the mixture is completely smooth and well combined.
-
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan. Tap the pan lightly on the counter to remove any air bubbles.
-
Bake for 35–45 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden. A toothpick inserted should come out clean.
-
Cool completely before removing from the pan. Chill in the fridge for 1–2 hours for a firmer texture, if desired.
-
Tips:
-
For extra flavor, add a splash of vanilla extract or lemon zest.
-
Serve with fresh berries, a drizzle of honey, or powdered sugar.
