Perfect for breakfast, brunch, parties, or as a snack, they come together quickly with just a few ingredients and are always a crowd-pleaser. Serve them warm with your favorite dipping sauce!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 works best)

  • 1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • 1 ½ cups Bisquick or other baking mix

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • 2–3 tbsp milk (as needed for moisture)

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

  • Instructions:

    1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

    2. Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, shredded cheese, Bisquick, and spices. Use your hands or a sturdy spoon to mix until everything is evenly combined. Add milk 1 tablespoon at a time if the mixture is too dry to form into balls.

    3. Form Balls: Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them about 1 inch apart on the prepared baking sheet.

    4. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Internal temperature should reach 160°F (71°C).

    5. Cool Slightly before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

      Tips:

      • You can add a little chopped jalapeño or crushed red pepper if you like some heat.

      • Serve with ranch dressing, spicy mustard, or marinara sauce for dipping.

      • These reheat well in the oven or air fryer!

Enjoy your juicy, cheesy beef sausage balls—perfect for sharing or savoring solo!
