1 lb ground beef (80/20 works best)

1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 ½ cups Bisquick or other baking mix

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)

2–3 tbsp milk (as needed for moisture)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, shredded cheese, Bisquick, and spices. Use your hands or a sturdy spoon to mix until everything is evenly combined. Add milk 1 tablespoon at a time if the mixture is too dry to form into balls.
