🧀 Cheesy Spinach Puff Pastry Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

  • 1 cup cooked spinach (squeeze out liquid)

  • ½ cup cream cheese

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella

  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Roll out puff pastry and cut into 2-inch squares.

  3. In a bowl, mix spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper.

  4. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each square.

  5. Fold corners into the center and pinch to seal or leave open for a tart look.

  6. Brush with egg wash.

  7. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden and puffy.

Serve warm—perfect for parties, game night, or holiday spreads!
