Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups almond flour

  • ½ cup coconut flour

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 4 large eggs

  • ½ cup unsweetened applesauce (natural sweetener)

  • ⅓ cup melted coconut oil or butter

  • ½ cup erythritol, monk fruit sweetener, or stevia (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or regular milk)

Optional: Add lemon zest, cinnamon, or chopped nuts for flavor variety.

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease an 8-inch round cake pan or line with parchment paper.
