Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Onion and Mozzarella
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray.

- Bowl 1: Add flour.
- Bowl 2: Whisk eggs.
- Bowl 3: Mix panko, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Dip each onion-mozzarella ring into the flour, then the egg, and finally the seasoned panko, ensuring an even coating.
Step 3: Bake to Perfection
- Arrange the coated rings on the baking sheet, ensuring they do not touch. Lightly spray them with cooking spray for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly before serving.
Step 4: Serve & Enjoy
- Serve hot with marinara sauce or your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy the cheesy, crunchy goodness!
