Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs are a delicious and easy-to-make treat, perfect as a snack, appetizer, or even a side dish. These bite-sized delights feature gooey melted cheese wrapped in soft dough, all smothered in a buttery garlic glaze.
Ingredients:
- 1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 8 small mozzarella cheese cubes (or any preferred cheese)
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the dough: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a small disk, about 3 inches in diameter.
- Add the cheese: Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each disk. Fold the edges of the dough around the cheese, pinching them together to seal tightly.
- Form the cheese bombs: Roll the sealed dough into a ball and place them seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake: Place the cheese bombs in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Make the garlic butter: While the cheese bombs are baking, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
- Coat the bombs: As soon as the cheese bombs come out of the oven, brush them generously with the garlic butter. Sprinkle with fresh parsley for added flavor and color.
- Serve: Serve warm and enjoy the gooey, cheesy goodness!
