¾ cup plain Greek yogurt

½ cup self-rising flour
(or make your own: ½ cup all-purpose flour + ¾ tsp baking powder + pinch of salt) -
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease or line a small 8×8-inch baking dish.
